Discrete form-factor, accurate, featherweight bargain tuner Five stars for what it is–the tiniest clip on tuner. I love the discrete size. It is not noticeable to others, and unlike all other clip tuners, doesn’t protrude from the headstock. The tuning functions are intuitive, and the display is clear really works nicely. I don’t find it to be slow at all, as other reviewers have said. Perhaps those cirtic mounted it on a less than optimal location so that it is not sensing the string vibrations. My main complaints are: (1) the ratchet type clamp mechanism is a little more fussy compared to the more common spring clamp type. But with a little practice, I got used to it. The main thing is to depress the little knurled latch under the display. (2) the ratchet mechanism seems to have a bit less firm attachment to the guitar than other types. You need to pay attention when attaching the ratchet, so it is firmly enough clamped to the headstock. It has never fallen off a guitar for me, but I can envision that happening if I got sloppy while…
